TEACHING STATEMENT
“I provide guidance to student composers through highly-structured, goal-oriented lessons. My focus is on the study of instrumentation and orchestration as well as applying theory to student compositions of any style. My students compose with the intention that their music will be performed.”
Emilia teaches private composition lessons virtually and in person in New York, NY with a focus on classical training and orchestration.
